Expanded sleep functionality

• New sleep function
  • Assign digital inputs to the sleep function
  • Ignore other sleep restrictions:
    • No CAN messages received
    • No outputs on
  • Assign enable and sleep states (high or low)
  • Input goes to enable, exit sleep
  • Input goes to sleep, enter sleep
  • No waking on other inputs or CAN
• Sleep message improvements
  • Alternative to sleep input function
  • If sleep message is received, check that other conditions are met:
    • Sleep enabled
    • No USB cable connected
    • No outputs on
    • Don't check for CAN msgs received
  • Wait for 2 seconds to let other devices go to sleep and stop sending msgs
  • Enter sleep
  • If any device failed to sleep, all devices will be woken up
    • This is preferred, in case one PDM still has outputs on
  • Maybe AlwaysOn outputs should be ignored, otherwise sleep will never be able to be entered
