Store name strings on device

Having the names that the users enter be stored on the device removes the requirement of always having the config file.

FRAM has plenty of room to store the strings, but sending strings over CAN would require a lot of messages.

ISO-TP (ISO 15765-2) has the ability to send strings using multiple messages

CANOpen could also handle these strings using the SDO

Parameter messages have 4 bytes per message available for data.

• 0 = Cmd
• 1-2 = Index
• 3 = SubIndex
• 4-7 = Data

Names can be encoded using a limited character set to get 6 characters in 4 bytes:
0 = ' ' (space)
1–26 = A–Z
27–36 = 0–9
37 = '_' (underscore)
38 = '-' (dash)
39 = '.' (period)
