Not able to run "3. Generate SMBIOS"

• Them I choose option 3 and receive this error
  

• Followed by this message:
  

What could I do?

I select Option 1, the.zip downloads fine without errors. I select Option 2 and add a .plist I have been customizing for my setup. I then select Option 3, type my model and the number of times, ex. MacBookPro13,1 1

I get the following error: Error - macserial returned an error!
