SVG output - although text - isn't really editable in that sense. For example, "Partial differential equations describe the evolution of physical systems in space and time. Realistic models involve the nonlinear coupling" is encoded as:

Haha, that works too if you don't mind! I was thinking GIMP or Inkscape the SVGs than editing the raw file.
