Change in Title

Hi Cormullion :)

I realized just now that I totally spaced a major branding issue.

We are rebranding the main conference as "JuliaCon Global " rather than just "JuliaCon " to differentiate between Locals and the main annual conference.

I know it's probably a big hassle to update our existing branding, but for the rest of this season can we update the branding to be JuliaCon Global?

If you want to go wild with the new title change and iconography that might be fun too :)
