feature: autoselect the correct mission when we replay a log

Problem statement

Now that we record with mission was started in the unfied log, we should be able to start the correct mission from the resim side.

Proposed solution

This could become tricky because we might want to do a pass before starting the actual app or refactor when the mission is materialized in the init chain to accomodate this new use case.
