Agent not running

I have added the agent and checked the Local TV Extras Agent under Personal Media Shows, TheTVDB, and The Movie Database within the Shows section of Agents.

I then ran a refresh metadata on one of my shows. Nothing showed up, so I went to my logs and there are no logs created called com.plexapp.agents.localtvextras.log.

As far as I can tell, the agent is not running at all.

How are you looking at the logs? If I go to my logs directory (I'm on a mac, so it's ~/Library/Logs/Plex Media Server for me), and then look in the subfolder PMS Plugin Logs, then I can see the com.plexapp.agents.localtvextras.log file.

On the other hand, if I go to Settings > Troubleshooting > Download Logs within the Plex interface, then I only see the logs created by Plex's own services and agents
