Clarify authors and teams in blog posts #374

Description

@jaimergp

Some blog posts are authored by members of the conda/conda-maintainers team, meaning maintainers of the conda/conda repository and a few related ones in its dependency tree and extended ecosystem ("official" plugins and so on). For someone unfamiliar with our ecosystem, this may read as "maintainers of conda" (the ecosystem), which is ambiguous.

In general, I'd like to reduce the opportunity to think that conda.org is the homepage of conda/conda the tool, instead of "conda the ecosystem". This will involve a few changes in enumerating subcommunities, teams and their responsibilities, projects, etc.

Mostly writing this as a note-to-self reminder.
