Blog post: an updated look at conda's plugin system

Description

Over the last year we have added (or will have added) the following new plugin hooks:

• Request headers
• Reporter backends
• PrefixData loaders
• Environment specifiers
• Transaction actions
• Environment specifiers and export formats

It would be nice to summarize this recent work and briefly describe the reasons each of these plugin hooks was made available. If possible, link to existing projects using them.
