Digest bot @-mentions PR/issue authors — please stop

This @-mentions me (and presumably other external contributors) every time my PR/issue is referenced in a cross-repo summary, which pulls the issue into my GitHub notifications and homepage feed even though I have no involvement with this repo.

Could the bot template be changed to reference authors without an @-mention (e.g. plain text or a link instead of @username)? That would avoid pinging people who aren't otherwise participating in this repo.

you can just block account and then they cannot mentions your repo anymore :D
