Chapter 4 of thesis refers to MCDHF-OL is this just the EOL or extended optimal level feature now? #139

Description

@mmarchywka

I'm trying to reproduce this result and learn graspc at the same time. On a quick search I could not figure out what
the MCDHF-OL thing is in current form. "optimal" does not appear anywhere in source code AFAICT although "EOL" is
common not commented anywhere that I found. Thanks.

Using Thomas-Fermi estimates[149,150]
for 3p subshell
and wavefunctions of orbitals(1s, 2s, 2p and 3s) obtained from model A, MCDHF calculations were
performed in optimal level mode (MCDHF-OL)[70]
, varying only the 3s and 3p subshells while keeping
the other orbitals fixed.
