• Try using Tabs to redesign the dashboard from 1 page to tabs by categories.
• Give a street-view/map of the zip code area
• expand to include states, counties, etc. (create a drop-down and textbox according to that so then you can control the flow.)

• error when input is accepted but is not. (right now it succeeds and then displays nans)
