Using the MDF as the base, FMT_MEC_EXT.1 and FMT_CFG_EXT.1 would not be needed since it is a managed device and the software is a part of the TOE and so should be managed (this is my expectation anyway).
FMT_SMF.1 requirements in the App do not seem to be anything that need specifically to be added in addition to the MDF FMT_SMF requirements.
