Edits to SFRs copied from App PP

FDP_DAR_EXT.1, FDP_NET_EXT.1, FMT_CFG_EXT.1, and FMT_MEC_EXT.1 were copied from the App PP. Suggest making the following changes:

• In the SFRs themselves, change "The application shall" to "The TSF shall"
• The test activities that are platform-based don't actually indicate what the platform is; they state "The following content should be included if: the TOE implements "" " The TOE isn't implementing anything.

Agreed on the first. The second should already be present in the XML and appears is not being displayed, will ensure it is displayed correctly/populated.
