One more step towards being a good dashcam.

Plug in to your computer, open file explorer, and drag any footage you want off.

• Can we make this work on Windows, macOS, and Linux without needing to install drivers?
• This unfortunately requires 2x cables like flashing, just inserted in the other order.
• Should we expose the whole userdata partition or just realdata?

There are some natural follow-ups to this, such as making the on-disk format match the good dashcams.

working on this now. the core implementation is done and i've tested it on a comma four with macOS and Linux. i'm finishing the last compatibility check before opening the PR.

I'd like to take this. How hard the '500+ line PRs: clean it up, break it up into smaller PRs, or both' requirement is?
Or it does not apply to agnos-builder?
I'll try to split the feature into several, but looks like it can't be smaller than ~1500 LoC
