Recursive Node failing to appear

I think we're all aware of this and have already given up on truly solving it, but we should at least have an issue here recording it in case someone stumbles across more evidence someday.

When this happened to me, the Recursive Node inside of Briar's Hollow was invisible, but still existed in the sense that I could fly into it and get teleported correctly.
