Plugin method fails on some atheros cards on windows 10

When you connect to a PSP on an atheros ath9k card on windows 10, on some cards the MAC handshake does not occur,

The bug occurs:

• Atheros AR9280
• Both Vita and PSP

To Reproduce
When checking in Wireshark you can see that a broadcast is being sent with the MAC handshake, however the PSP seemingly ignores it and still sends to the wrong MAC address. My suspicion is that it only pretends to send out the broadcast. The broadcast fromat probably needs to be changed to be more compatible.

Expected behavior
A handshake happens and the Vita/PSP starts sending its traffic towards the right MAC address.
