Add option to send broadcast to find XLink Kai server

WindowController has a checkbox for automatically finding XLink Kai instances, commented out.
This needs to be put back in and functionality needs to be added for mondevtopromisc to find XLink Kai servers by sending a broadcast.

Needs more info on XLink Kai's side to properly implement.
