Consider Logging Service to Alert C4R to Issues

To improve error management, the team should discuss options to implement/establish a logging service that would alert us to errors when they occur with the app.

PR #63 adds some console.log statements and associate counters to help tracks loads. When this issue (#47) is resolved, the console.logs and associated code should be removed.
