The official cursor-agent CLI keeps a 3s per-exec heartbeat and the server blocks in-band waiting for exec results; Cursor's server-side deadline for a single exec (e.g. a 10-minute bash) is unknown. After the exec refusal fix, run a long-tool soak (>5min) on a cursor model and record whether the server times the exec out, to size senpi's timeout mapping.
