Standalone Ghosts Clients for v. 9?

I was wondering if there was a plan to release a standalone ghosts client for the newest version?

Also, it seems that the download location for version 8.3.1 leads to an older build (ghosts-client-x64-v8.0.0)

Hi. TBH, not much client work in G9, so I have not built new client binaries yet. I do want to move to the universal client vice trying to continue to develop in older .net framework 4.7, but I don't have cycles to currently get at that work. Sorry.
