sql-mode only needs enter hit once to fully connect and execute query

Define an `elisp` src block (for use in * Footnote heading for now) that when executing `sql-mode :session X` or `sql-mode :session Y` no questions are asked of the user.

The parameters necessary for creating the sql connection process, and parameters for the sql-mode session should be fully defined within the sql-mode block.
