Version flag is a misnomer #107

Description

@ctlong

We hardcoded version 0.8.0 6 years ago, and return that anytime anyone runs uptimer -v. Obviously, this is not a good practice.

Possible solutions:

  1. Remove the version flag option and associated code.
  2. Start cutting releases of uptimer and populate the version number accordingly.

Of those two possible solutions, I prefer option (2) right now. It would be easier, and aligns with how we currently use uptimer.
