Microsoft's Azure services have been tested and have been deemed insufficient. Without a paid account, the bot can only be kept alive for 20 minutes. A different solution is required which is simple, free, always available:

Glitch has been suggested. Does not support .Net.

Google Compute Engine was checked. A free plan could not be found.

OpenShift's free plan is for learning purposes only (and will most likely not provide the required availability).

Considering even switching languages (to Crystal):

• I don't need Windows-specific features anymore.
• .Net Core can be difficult to deploy.
• The lack of official documentation (that is scattered throughout multiple sites) is ridiculous!
• And I'm fine developing for Linux only (as Crystal does not support Windows currently).
