Specify a Conda environment to run Qiime2 by using the .yml provided on Qiime's website

This can be accomplished by first finding the .yml file provided on the Qiime website. I won't link it because it will be outdated in a few months (thanks Qiime...), but it can be found in the documentation under "Natively Installing Qiime 2".
