Add the announced DZ_B_PRM as a card

The workpackage had 72.25 h booked and milestone 184 set, but no entry
here, so it rendered nowhere. Budget of 50 PT is the one the milestone
proposes; the order is still outstanding, hence 70_.

The workpackage was renamed to Projection_Mapping alongside, matching
the milestone title.
