2025 Astral System not recognised

Hi,

I got a new system installed 2 weeks ago and I've entered the serial number in the poolstation.net along with the mac address but I get an error saying serial number not found?

It's a Halo system and it works with the app as well which is all set up and fully controlled remotely as well.

Can you use the system from http://poolstation.net ? If so, if you open the network tab in the developer tools, what API endpoints do you see the page using?

For instance, i see the page making a request to https://api.poolstation.net/devices/10/0 every few seconds. Do you see something similar?
