Failed to connect

Hi,
i installed the Poolstation and added it as an integration. however when I put my credentials, i get the error "Failed to connect". In the fluidra account i have a Zodiac Z250IQ heating pump installed.

Any ideas?

Did you solve? In my case same error with a heat pump Hgic gre. The FLUIDRA app works.

Same issue here, Fluidra credentials return me Failed to connect

It is working right now for me. There were a couple bad versions a few weeks ago, but it has been working pretty well for me for the last couple weeks. I was logged out of my session only once in the last two weeks.

@cibernox But you need to go trough a poolstation.net account? (That is quite messy IMO, and I don't know if pumps like Astral Pool Verdon VS are compatible with PS (when they are with Fluidra Pool)
