This morning I wondered why I receive E-Mails from Poolstation.net telling me that the access code is valid for 15 minutes. Eh?!?! Ignored that for the moment ... some time later my Home Automation System notified me about missing poolstation.net updates. Then I realized that every login attempt does not work but instead creates an email telling me something about an access code.

Login says 410 gone

So idegis fucked their API again for 3rd parties.

Tried to login via webfrontend w/o success, telling me "You have exceeded the maximum number of code requests in one hour. Please try again later." - I did not request anything.

Please excuse my ignorance, but how/where do I enter the 2FA code? I don't get it atm :-(

I don't use HA, just the plain python library code.

call login twice. First without the passcode, triggering poolstation to sent you a passcode via email, then again with the same credentials and the passcode. The second call need to be before the expiry of the code

I had a feeling something like that would happen ☹️

So automation is gone for now.

Maybe one can/will implement the possibility to log into the email account and wait for the auto-generated email with the 2FA code so that can be entered automatically 😎

Why are automations gone if you keep the session alive with the provided token? This how the HA integration works
