Command + ; doesn't work until opening first file.

Upon a hard refresh of the atom window, Command ; does nothing until I open seemingly any file in the currently loaded project.

I'm sorry - what does cmd+; do? Is that what you have project quick open bound to?

I never set that as a hotkey, but yes, it's the hotkey for opening up the project quick open panel.
