hello. i started to play cataclysm-dda
i tryed to use fenrir instead speakup, but it have sum strange quirks.

reproduce

1. install cataclysm ~ pacman -S cataclysm-dda
2. set tty size ~ stty columns 80 rows 43
3. start the game
4. start new game. new, [Play Now! (Fixed Scenario)]
5. press "x" to enter look mode
6. move cursor around

the panel with tile info isn't read by fenrir. however speakup and brltty see it.

hello @chrys87 . last commits fixed thees issue. but now i found another problem.
in game press enter or esc key to open menu... fenrir doesn't read highlighted option however speakup works fine. also when menu is opened i can't get text attributes using kp -

i just try to fix this issue. but i cant reproduce.
If i enable hilight tracking wiht fenrir + KP_* the esc menu is spoken.
is this still valid? can you still reproduce this?
