Dead project?

I see last commit was 9 months ago, and the network dependency graph shows multiple forks https://github.com/chrivers/bifrost/network

Do we know what branch or repo is the most comprehensive? As I understand there is a dev branch, but even that has diverged greatly it seems

I have the same impression. The Discord server also seems completely abandoned and full of spam and scams.

The lead dev had some (happy) life events. We’re expecting him to return in time.

Discord spam has been high lately, but there is an active core there.
