Missing a2lparser_ext

Hi,
I encountered an error while importing the library.

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pya2l.a2lparser_ext'

And I can't find it in the project folder

pya2ldb now uses some C++ extensions under the hood;
if you cloned/forked the project make sure to run the build process:

pip install -e .

Prerequisites are: an up-to-date C++ compiler (C++ 20) and cmake
