Error in unserialize(socklist[[n]]) : error reading from connection

Hi,

I am trying to run SWATrunR for my own data (i was unable to get the demo to work as the channel_sd_day.txt file did not print). Anyway, i am using Linux, the latest executable from the SWAT+ github (swatplus-61.0.2-ifx-lin_x86_64-Rel). My model is gridded and made up of ~15k cells. The model ran on SWAT+ editor with no errors. I tried to run using: Middle_Egypt<-run_swatplus(project_path = ME_path,
output = define_output(file = 'channel_sd_day',
variable = 'flo_out',
unit = 250))

Any advice is appreciated.

Hey,

sorry missed your message. I think I need some more info, e.g. what error message you got, to help you with that. In principle SWATrunR works on linux.
