The code stops on books that don't have 'Download & transfer via USB' option

Any way to have the code skip to the next book if the option is not available?
Current alternative is to filter by 'Purchases' where Samples and Unlimited books don't show up.

I forked and added a small fix that skips those titles without causing the script to crash

@daniel-winkler Thank you very much Daniel. This seem to work great!
The only additional feature that would be cool to see is for the script to automatically turn pages. Not sure how difficult it is to implement but appreciate your and Chris work on this. It helped thousands of people already!
