2. Configure DICOM Destination:
   - Click "DICOM Destinations"
   - Add New:
     * Name: Your PACS Name
     * Host: 10.17.1.21
     * Port: 5000
     * AE Title: (your PACS AE title)
     * Calling AE: D2D_SCU
   - Click "Save"
   - Click "Test Connection"

3. Convert and Send:
   - Upload a PDF/document
   - Enter patient details
   - Select destination
   - Click "Convert and Send"
