HANA Cleaner with SSL

Hello,

We have the problem that since on our HANA the parameter sslenforce set to TRUE it's not possible anymore for HANA Cleaner to connect with the hdbuserstore to the database.

Is it possible to ressolve this issue?

Hi Stefan,

There's a -ssl flag that can be passed as a command line, to turn on SSL based communication. Can you check that once?

That worked!

python hanacleaner.py -ssl true -bd 60 -br true

Unfortunately this is not mentioned anywhere. Neither in the PDF nor in the SAP Note.
I could only find some snippets in the Source Code.

I found that in his .py source code -

print(" -ssl turns on ssl certificate [true/false], makes it possible to use SAP HANA Cleaner despite SSL, default: false ")
