Rounded button using Outlined button style

I am using this package for my buttons. I have situation when I need to have rounded button which looks like an outlined button. I have wrapped it with a container with border colour. This works except that when circular progress indicator shows it does not shrink the border of wrapped container.

I am wondering if there is a better way to deal with this. Basically I want an outlined button style.
