Proofpress welcomes contributors regardless of experience, identity, background, or point of view. We commit to a respectful, harassment-free community focused on improving the project.
- Be constructive, specific, and kind.
- Critique ideas and artifacts, not people.
- Respect privacy and do not publish private prompts, conversations, or identifying information without permission.
- Accept maintainer decisions about project scope and safety.
- Help make participation accessible to people with different communication styles and levels of experience.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, sexualized attention, personal attacks, doxxing, deliberate disruption, and retaliation are not accepted in project spaces or when representing the project elsewhere.
Report conduct concerns privately through a GitHub security advisory. Maintainers will review reports in confidence, take proportionate corrective action, and avoid conflicts of interest where possible.
Project maintainers may edit, remove, or reject contributions and may temporarily or permanently restrict participation when behavior threatens the community.
This policy is informed by the Contributor Covenant, version 2.1.
