Exclusion zones cannot be removed from the processing panel

Bug 1:

• Select exclusion zone tool
• Select a zone => adds exclusion zone to all spectra
• Select a spectrum
• Edit the exclusion zone filter in the processing panel
• Remove one of the zones
• 🐛 It's not possible to apply the change

Bug 2:

• Select a spectrum
• Select exclusion zone tool
• Select a zone => adds exclusion zone to selected spectrum
• Go to processing panel
• 🐛 nothing happens when clicking the edit button of the exclusion zone filter (except a flashing notification).

The first bug requires a change to the exclusion zone filter. The reduce function needs to normalize zones to prevent collisions. It is currently appending new zones, which is causing the issue, so the zones must be sent from NMrium as a complete set, without changes

I would prevent any edition from the Processing panel. So just remove the edit button.

When you delete it interactively on the spectrum (backspace) you have the popup to delete only one exclusion zone or on other spectra and it is easier to manage this graphicaly. Most of the time what you need is to remove from all the spectra anyway.

If there is a demand we can think about improvements like resizing or the possibility to enter from / to values manually but I never had this request up to now.
