People - Add pictures

Proposed feature

We need to add pictures to People.md page.
Please provide guidelines for:

• size
• supported file types
• folder where to put them

• Size: the exact size that should be displayed on the page, for the purpose of maintenance and the site's download speed. I think 200x200 would be just fine but this really stays an open question.

• supported file types: jpg, png

• directory: assets/img
