The current ECS is too complicated in its abstraction. Simplify components to **just** basic named [`Variant`](https://dlang.org/phobos/std_variant.html#.Variant)s and `struct`s. Structures may point to classes and whatnot. Look at Bevy's query interface and also the nascent Zig ECS for ideas.
