fix: let taps fall through to covered cards in deck stack
The right-side quick-menu container was always rendered with active pointer events and stopPropagation on all pointer handlers, even when the card wasn't revealed. Its buttons are only visibility-hidden (still occupy layout), so the container kept a dead hitbox over the top-right strip - the exact region exposed on a card sitting behind another. Tapping there did nothing instead of revealing the covered card. Gate the container's hitbox: pointer-events-none when inactive, re-enabled on interactive / desktop group-hover / focus. Taps on a covered card's exposed strip now fall through to the face button and reveal it.
