Barrel Shifting hash function, Got robbed on this lab not gonna lie should have done it in C++/C or ADA for type safety requirments.
Took a fat W in data structures though. Future students if you copy my hash function you will be caught, don't do it. DO NOT DO THIS LAB IN JAVA!!!
