Hey,
I cannot generate a report on my MaxQuant output (MQ version 2.8.1) and get this error: Error in if (all(range(df_evd$ms.ms.count) == c(0, 0))) return() : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed.
I compared the evidence file with evidence files from earlier MQ versions, and it seems like the ms.ms.count value is now missing instead of 0, when the peptide is identified by MBR only, which I think is causing the error.
