As implemented, there is already a UI mechanism to Favorite individual wallpapers.
For a variety of compatibility and troubleshooting reasons, it would be helpful to have basically the same thing, but a second button that just allows the user to flag a specific item found in the library to explicitly say "DO NOT load this item, skip it".
My use case: I keep having some of the stock wallpapers and RGB wallpapers I never wanted showing up in my library even after removing / deleting them. Some of these crash the plugin and/or plasmashell, so the easiest approach is some mechanism to tell the plugin to not load a list of selected items from the library.
