Currently the slash command menu is invisible to screen reader users, we should make it align with https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Accessibility/ARIA/Reference/Roles/listbox_role so when it opens screen readers are alerted to being in a list box, and that list box options are announced as you move through the options
