while running a python script getting this error. Can anybody help?

Having the same issue as codershubham:

import noise

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'noise'

Occurs with and without virtual environment venv when ran from terminal or PyCharm IDE.

Under: Ubuntu 22.04 with latest updates,
Python: Python 3.11.0
Pip: pip 22.3
