feat: way to preview plan changes before replan?

I was playing around with pebble, and noticed there isn't a way to do a dry run or diff the plan changes with the current state? Please correct me if I'm missing something..

Something like the following could be really handy:

pebble plan --diff

or

pebble replan --dry-run

Thanks for the report. Just to set expectations up-front: it's likely we wouldn't add this to Pebble. However, can you show a couple of end-to-end use cases of where it might be useful?

@benhoyt I only intended this for debugging purposes. For example, in the multi-team workflows mentioned here, if teams are dynamically making changes, this could be handy before they pull the trigger with replan.
