Handle multi-artifact generation in testing

### What needs to get done

Tools such as debcraft can generate multiple sibling artifacts in a single run. Update test infrastructure to consider everything as an artifact instead of splitting into artifact and resource.

### Why it needs to get done

It's a better mapping for generic craft tool artifacts. This change must be done before large scale testing is available.
